 Stop by Adventure Cycles at 625 N. Courtenay Parkway and ask for shop owner Carol Horner or Alan Ehlers. Between them, there is probably close to 50 years of combined triathlon and road-racing experience and both are willing to share!! Carol and her late husband, Dave, started Brevard's first multisport club -- Team Rocket; hosted the first local duathlons  -- then still called biathlon -- at KSC; set up the first weekly times trials on North Tropical Trail north of the barge canal; and hosted the first local criteriums in Rockledge & Melbourne. Additionally, Carol was instrumental in getting the first paved shoulders in our county through her tireless effort with the Brevard MPO.

Indian Harbour Beach:
For more than two decades, runners have continued to meet at what is now Oars and Paddles Park at 6:30 and 7 a.m. on Sunday mornings to share long runs of six to 20+ miles. Bring your own fluids.
