Participants must be able to complete a challenging 3000-meter interval workout during the ninety-minute period. Contact Hughes for more information at 427-6327.

Cost is $100 per clinic. For more than two decades, runners have continued to meet at what is now Oars and Paddles Park at 6:30 and 7 a.m. on Sunday mornings to share long runs of six to 20+ miles. Bring your own fluids.
